The Accelerator Program is a specialized format for talented young entrepreneurs who want to scale their companies rapidly. It helps founders and next-generation family businesses professionalize quickly and break through the “magic threshold” of USD 1 million in annual revenue by offering comprehensive training and access to a world-class network.
Accelerator events are full-day, high-level workshops held in a confidential setting, each focusing on one of the four core areas:
✔︎ Strategy
✔︎ People
✔︎ Execution
✔︎ Cash
Alongside experienced coaches and entrepreneurs who share their most defining and challenging experiences under EO’s strict confidentiality rules, participants also exchange knowledge and insights with one another. The goal is to maximize individual learning through the best possible transfer of experience.
The Accelerator year runs from July to June.
Application Process
You will be invited to an upcoming Prospect Event where we’ll get to know each other, introduce you to the EO Accelerator, and answer your questions. As part of this introduction, you’ll experience the unique EO atmosphere that will continue to support you throughout your journey. After the Prospect Event, you’ll submit your formal application. Once reviewed and approved, you will become a member of the EO Accelerator and gain access to eonetwork.org, including the global member network and many national and international events.
As you may have seen, there are a few hard criteria to be eligible – for example, an annual revenue between USD 250,000 and USD 1 million, or funding between USD 250,000 and USD 999,999. These requirements will be verified, so please let us know in advance if you do not meet them.
Overview:
✔︎ Invitation to the next available Prospect Event

Mentorship is one of the most effective methods for personal growth and development. At EO, mentoring pairs work together over a structured period of up to 12 months, focusing on the mentee’s individual goals, supported by proven EO tools and training.
Are you looking for a fresh, outside perspective on a business or personal goal?
As a mentee, you’ll find in your mentor a trusted partner, guide, and source of accountability for your personal and professional development. You take control of your growth journey.
Have you experienced the impact a mentor can have on your path? Or wished for someone by your side? Now you can offer that to someone else.
As a mentor, you have the opportunity to share your knowledge and experience in a trusted setting. Not only will you make a positive impact on a mentee’s life, but you’ll also reflect on your own entrepreneurial journey with new insight.
How EO Mentorship Works
Two program options – one goal: to provide mentees and mentors with a unique platform for development and growth.
Virtual Cross-Chapter Program
Find a mentor or mentee among over 16,000 like-minded entrepreneurs worldwide. By connecting with the global EO community, you’ll take your mentoring experience to a whole new level.
Local Chapter Program
Meet in person with a mentor or mentee from your local EO community and benefit from a unique pool of shared experiences.
No matter which program you choose, you’ll receive training before the official start and learn EO’s proven tools and best practices. The recommended rhythm is monthly meetings between mentor and mentee. You design your mentorship journey together – and as a mentee, you’re in the driver’s seat.
Are you ready to take on the challenge?
MyEO is the platform where your sense of adventure meets your entrepreneurial journey. It allows members to connect and collaborate, to unite unique passions, and to create personal, one-of-a-kind experiences.
MyEO is a program that gives members the opportunity to network with other EO members across the globe.
“An easy and fun way to maximize your EO membership, MyEO has quickly become my favorite EO benefit. MyEO takes EO to the next level, offering once-in-a-lifetime experiences, specialized business or interest groups, Forums that match your business or life experiences, and more. Best of all, if there isn’t an event, group, or Forum you want to engage in, you can start your own and invite the EO community to join.”— Jim Benjamin, EO Cleveland
How MyEO Works
Simply join an existing MyEO group or create your own.
A MyEO group is a member-initiated community, created by members for members around a shared passion or interest. Groups can be local, regional, or global and are centered around the unique interests and passions of EOers.
As part of your EO Cyprus membership, you can enroll in the Key Executives Program, specifically designed for the key executives within your organization. Through this program, your leadership team benefits from new perspectives, insights, and expert content that are integral to the EO experience. With regular self-reflection through their Key Executives Forum and participation in tailored training, they have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in their leadership abilities.
Involve your key executives in this development and let them accompany you on your EO journey.
How It Works
Enrollment in the Key Executives Program is initiated by you. Once your key executive has successfully completed the application process, they will be placed into a Key Executive Forum – the core of the Key Executives Program. Just like EO Member Forums, these forums are a space where key executives gather to exchange ideas and experiences relevant to their challenges and goals.
Before joining a forum, key executives participate in forum training, and some may also take part in moderator training. To support the launch of new forums, an experienced EO member may serve as a seed moderator for the initial meetings, providing guidance and structure.
Participation Requirements
Key Executives are subject to the same code of conduct as all EO members and must complete a structured application process.Your key executive can renew their annual membership for as long as you remain an EO member.
Events
Not only EO Cyprus but also EO’s global network offers a variety of events dedicated specifically to key executives. Whether the focus is business, leadership, team management, or corporate strategy, EO delivers a wide range of topics across different areas. Some events are designed for both you and your key executive, others are for EO members only, and some are exclusive to key executives. These specialized events enhance connections among leadership teams and strengthen the chapter’s executive network.
Forum
A Key Executive Forum, like a Member Forum, is a confidential space shared by a consistent group. In regular meetings, participants reflect on topics related to business, personal life, and family. Through experience-sharing and exploring personal patterns and blind spots, all forum members achieve meaningful personal growth.
Prior to joining a forum, key executives must complete a training session that introduces the core principles and significance of the forum format. Contact us to learn about the next available training dates.
Chapter events are designed and hosted by members for members, ensuring they directly address the needs and interests of members in each region. Regional events typically take place over several days, feature inspiring speakers, and are complemented by elaborate social events. These social gatherings in the evenings provide a relaxed atmosphere to continue exchanging experiences and building meaningful connections.
